What's That White Stuff?

This picture above was taken a few years back (maybe 2002). This was the last time we went up to the mountains during winter season. Shelby was only about 5 years old and Anthony was just around 3. We decided it was time to go back.

We picked the perfect weekend to go. The weather was beautiful and we found a really nice, comfortable cabin to rent (thanks to our good friend, Austry). One of the perks of living in the Bay Area is that we have these great places to go. It was beautiful up there in the mountains. We enjoyed this last trip so much that we might make this a yearly event. Also, it was so much easier now that the kids are a bit older. They have a higher tolerance from the cold weather & the wet snow.

It was a great trip ... good times, good times!
