Where's the Plutonium?

If we can’t even keep track of chemicals for nuclear weapons here in our own country, how else are we going to find WMD’s in OTHER countries?
And here’s another thing, how hypocritical are we as nation to be outraged by other countries' chemical weapons programs when we're developing them as well? So much for leading by example, eh?
